The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on last twenty-fifth of July, this year. The meeting was chaired by President Smith, with attendance of homeowners in participation.

After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and approved with some amendments.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to strengthen the value of life for all residents while addressing present concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their suggestions by the deadline.
  • A public forum will be held on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in greater detail.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding flowers, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!

Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
